Events are my passion. I thrive when every contingency is planned for, schedules are organised meticulously and most importantly, guests leave with the best possible impression.
I have attended and exhibited at a number of events myself in my free time, and have turned my passion into a skill. I have booked media visitors and interview slots for events like PAX, Tokyo Games Show, Gamescom and EGX, maximising my client's time and efforts.
My primary goal has always been making event experiences memorable, even when I was working with little to no budget. From custom printouts and fairy lights to having water or chocolates at an event with no free refreshments to draw visitors in, I am willing to go the extra mile. As part of my DARE exhibit at EGX, I cut and died my hair to cosplay our demo's main character and the frog icons I created and crafted for indie studio TubClub can be found in The Guardian. No matter the budget, I will make the most of an opportunity.
I am currently organising two more launch events, which I am incredibly excited to bring to fruition.
Below are some of the projects I have worked on:

Hosted at a horse ranch near Romford to celebrate the console launch of Rival Stars Horse Racing, I organised and ran this media event.
From booking hardware, decorating a picnic station and making sure refreshments were always available to securing a branded balloon arch over the Easter weekend, I was to create a flawless looking and seamlessly flowing afternoon.
My primary goal for this event was the enjoyment of our guests while highlighting Rival Stars Horse Racing. As we had a smaller, more curated group of guests for this activation, participation and goodwill were essential for the event's success, as a hobby horsing competition would not be enjoyable or produce good content if people were not willing to buy in on the fun.
Closely collaborating with the UK Hobby Horsing Association and their ambassadors, we hosted an afternoon of informative hobby horsing teaching, competitions and of course a trophy ceremony followed by a professional dressage show.
By hosting a unique event tailored to the game over a more classic approach to a launch party and offering our gests an opportunity to participate in something they would not normally encounter, media and press interest in Rival Stars Horse racing was heightened and participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

REANIMAL
To celebrate the launch of Tarsier Studio's new horror title REANIMAL I helped organise and facilitate a launch party in The Oxford Market's Basement Bar.
For maximum impact within the very short timeframe leading up to launch and scope of our budget, we worked with the bar team to offer themed cocktails and designed custom event props highlighting the evening's schedule and offerings.
From REANIMAL themed cake pops to a selfie pod with a number of different props such as bunny masks and lanterns like the one found in the game, I made sure the entire venue offered our guests plenty of opportunities for great pictures.
Creator Nikoheart turned one of those lanterns into a custom controller to stream REANIMAL on launch day.
In addition to planning the event with the team, I was responsible for the media invite list and interviews, which started an hour prior to the main event. As the evening progressed, and following a great Q&A session from the Tarsier Studios team, I organised a number of ad-hoc interviews and conversations with members of the press as well as content creators including The Gamer, Horror Game Awards and The Respawn.

God Save Birmingham
My support on God Save Birmingham did not stop with press releases and coverage distribution (see PR).
For Gamescom 2025 the team wanted to go all-out, and I was fully on board. With stands in both the consumer area as well as B2B, I used the hype generated following our viral trailer placement with IGN to maximise bookings.
With the support of the booth staff, we ran two hands-on demo sessions as well as an interviews with the creative director simultaneously, booking nearly every 30 minute slot from 9am to 7pm each day. I organised over 70 bookings, including interviews with top tier media outlets such as IGN US, UK, FR, Nordic and Benelux, eSport Insider Germany, PC Games, 4 GAMER and CGMagazine.
Gamescom 2025
In addition to my bookings and booth presence with Kakao Games and Ocean Drive Studio, I supported Gryphline with their press bookings for Arknights Endfield and booked media for publisher Maximum Entertainment, who showcased three of their titles Overthrown, Until Then and Bye Sweet Carole in the Indie Arena Booth
I also booked media for indie debut title No Stone Unturned by Wise Monkey Entertainment Ltd., who I signed as a client at my agency after discovering the title at EGX.
